Charged me 12 quid

Charged me 12 quid for a apparently 1£ 30 min ride

Super unreliable

Cheaper than Lime but get what you pay for. Often bikes have faults or the unlock won’t work, or issues with the app. Left me stranded too many times

I had to pay to sign up

I was charged during sign up without any kind of warning. I'm sure this goes against the App Store T&Cs. Really bad user experience.

Also, the "30 minutes for £1" offer feels like a marketing trap. After you sign up and they charge you to verify your credit card, which they don't refund, you see a message saying that you need to find a golden bike to get the offer. Of course, there's only one available, miles away.

Good bikes bad app

Bikes are great, prefer to any other service. However, there have been countless times when I have missed trains or lost out on purchased minutes because of the app - be it poor design or just plain breaking. I don’t have time on my commute to spend 5-10 minutes fighting with a forest bike to get it to unlock. Not knowing whether I’ll be able to unlock a bike once I’ve trekked out of my way to get to it is a deal breaker. I’ll be using other services for the foreseeable, which is a shame because I really would rather use Forest. Please fix the app
