Dynamic pricing.
I tried to book a holiday today and as I’m checking out, after I’ve selected my seats on the plane, added all my details I was thrown out of the booking so Jet2 could up the price of the holiday by £500. Dynamic pricing is foul and I’m familiar with this but I’ve NEVER heard of being removed from checking out so the price can be unreasonably increased!

A Racist company
The airline seriously needs to review its customer service practices and ensure all passengers are treated equally, regardless of their background. No one should leave a flight feeling singled out or discriminated against. I hope the company investigates these issue and takes meaningful action to improve.

Access to Booking
Booking Access Request doesn’t work. Have tried the email link a couple of times but just goes to page 404 not found 🙄
Massive battery use
Had the Jet2 app open for 43 minutes (on iPhone 23 pro max running iOS 26.5) - in that short time it used 24% of the total battery capacity of the phone. The app needs huge amounts of improvement in that regard.
Holiday to Majorca
Excellent system for easy booking and thanks for our short break to SA Coma Caprice which was also very good.
