Dynamic pricing.
I tried to book a holiday today and as I’m checking out, after I’ve selected my seats on the plane, added all my details I was thrown out of the booking so Jet2 could up the price of the holiday by £500. Dynamic pricing is foul and I’m familiar with this but I’ve NEVER heard of being removed from checking out so the price can be unreasonably increased!

A Racist company
The airline seriously needs to review its customer service practices and ensure all passengers are treated equally, regardless of their background. No one should leave a flight feeling singled out or discriminated against. I hope the company investigates these issue and takes meaningful action to improve.

Access to Booking
Booking Access Request doesn’t work. Have tried the email link a couple of times but just goes to page 404 not found 🙄
Massive battery use
Had the Jet2 app open for 43 minutes (on iPhone 23 pro max running iOS 26.5) - in that short time it used 24% of the total battery capacity of the phone. The app needs huge amounts of improvement in that regard.
Holiday to Majorca
Excellent system for easy booking and thanks for our short break to SA Coma Caprice which was also very good.

Sharing bookings with another person does not work
My wife just booked flights for both of us. I downloaded the app but when she sends me a link to my boarding pass it just goes to whatever page I’m on in the app without sharing. When I try to add the booking it says I need her permission so I request it. She approves and it just says page not available.

Fab app to use. Easy enough and no glitches as far as I’ve seen. Defo recommend Jet2. Best holiday and flight company going if on a budget

Has app downloaded for holiday. Worked great up until holiday and ever since I have landed in Spain the app will not sign me in. Username and password work on iPad to sign into website but on my phone the app will not sign back in. I have a message about my pick up transfer that I cannot read because the iPhone app won’t sign in.

Shocking
Booked via booking.com and cannot access my booking via the Jet2 app. Jet2 chatbot suggested I change my email address with booking.com which I did but that did not change anything. Tried setting up another account on the Jet2 app but again that changed nothing. Very disappointed!!!
