Rubbish app. Booked holiday through a travel agent. Doesn’t accept any booking reference or code so unable to get any help on my holiday. Absolutly useless

The App is great but the seating on the 737-800 to fuerteventura was cramped like elbows crossing each other and the seats were hard on the old butt very uncomfortable

Input all my details for a booking. Got to the payment page to find the website bombed. Went back in to the website to select the same holiday, just 3 minutes later and the price had increased. ‘Quelle surprise’ one might say…

Generally good in providing information about bookings. Implementation of Live Activity for transfer tracking on iPhone would be a nice addition.

Whoever built the app needs sacking if that has not happened already. It epitomises lazy design. Example one: it asks for house number and postcode so one might reasonably expect it to be able to find your address but no, it then offers you all of the house numbers with that postcode. My point is, if the app can’t use the information, don’t waste people’s time asking for it. 2nd example: it say sign in OR create account but it then asks for email address and password, which if you wanted to create an account, clearly it is not going to recognise those 2.
