Real easy app to navigate, everything you need is all in one place
All good apart from Transfer tracking
We liked the app but when we tracked our transfer it looked like I hadn’t even got to stop 1 when it arrived at our stop (stop 3). There was no notice about the info being inaccurate

I’ve used the app for all the holidays with Jet2 and have found it very useful.
It is very informative about all aspects of your holiday and gives regular updates while you away.
Just a couple of niggles…1. They let you know way too early about your turn transfers!!
2. Was useful when our flight was delayed during our last trip in the sense it let you know the estimated timings, but it would be useful if they could put some narrative to the delays in the app especially if there are no ground staff to keep you updated.
Overall, a must have app for your travels.

Sick of this app
Every time I click on it I’m told to upgrade it. Then the next time I try to get in the same happens again. So once more I click and…repeat ad infinitum. Now it just presents me with a white screen with a red Jet 2 logo in the middle…and nothing. Delete the app, try again and just the useless bloody Jet 2 screen again. The worst airline app ever. It gets 1 star because zero ain’t an option.

Easy to use
Very straight forward with plenty of useful information for travel and a lot more.

Great app - everything is in one place, check in, boarding passes, seat reservations, resort details and extras. Very efficient and user friendly!

It doesn’t work. Won’t let you retrieve bookings, faulty when trying to book dates. Really bad and very frustrating when trying to retrieve when you have spent a lot of money and no confirmation

I’m going on holiday and hoping to use the app and it hangs on the opening screen and then shuts down each time! Great when my tickets are on the app! App updates and iPhone updated and still it’s not working 🤦♂️ wouldn’t have been a problem but they have took the save to apple wallet feature off the boarding passes section 🤷♂️

Boarding pass on phone but would like to be able to easily print a copy for my elderly wife who is terrified her phone will die and she will be stuck in some foreign land
