I booked a taxi with you the night before but no driver could be successfully assigned on the day. 10 minutes after the booked time I had to book an Uber to get to my train.
Dropping at arrivals for outbound passengers.
Driver said he couldn’t go up to departures??? My mother in law at 93 used a Vezu recently from Altrincham to Bowdon and the driver bluntly refused to help her with a couple of bags of groceries. If these types of non service continue we will not be using Veezu again. Wake up and smell the competition…This is a hungry market.

Worst taxi service ever
Awful app, worse drivers half of them take the fare and don’t turn up other half take the fare then complain then they turn up, useless service never using again, god help anyone who does

Always disgustingly late for airport runs. Finding a car minutes before pick up. Drivers cancelling mid way to collect. It’s become an over priced Uber / Bolt operation. Shambolic. Dragon Taxi’s before always superb.

I really like veezu because it’s easy to book and the price aren’t super expensive like others, but I notice on the app it will tell me a certain cost but I will be charged a pound or more (eg; app says £5.70 I get charged £6.70) not only this but a few drivers will not drop me off to my exact location, I wouldn’t mind if it was a minute or two away but today I was dropped off 10 minutes away from my destination

Very understanding !
Being special needs I made a taxi booking for my friend who I met at day centre. I booked wrong address for her to be driven to and the driver was really nice to her and didn’t charge any more which was great as we only had that exact amount 😁

Booking on this app is a total waste of time as they don’t book you a car for that specific time just give you a cost and pray it’s not so busy they can actually send you a car !

Terrible App
I usually really like Veezu but their app is terrible and support is non-existent. I have been logged out of this app for a week and unable to log back in because they insist on sending you a pin via SMS and the SMS never arrives so matter how many times you resend it. I have sent an email to their admin and had zero response. I have also searched the website for support and there is nothing that addresses this issue. You need to have a better account recovery in place because this is ridiculous. It shouldn’t be this difficult to log into an account and you should at least have a customer service that you can contact and who actually responds. I am beyond frustrated with this company.

You book in advance and it goes into the system 5 mins before pick up . You might aswell just book when you are ready . 2 drivers took trip and then cancelled
