Bus times are later than expected
If I say I need to get to a place at 12:30, it will tell me the bus I need to get to arrive at that time. But then that bus arrives late and I arrive at 12:47. This happens so often now, if you know you’re going to be late tell me to get an earlier bus. ☹️
Great app
The More us app is great for giving accurate times for the bus services and for giving options of how to get to places. I especially like that you can see where your bus is before it arrives at your pick up point
Late buses
My bus no. 14 is constantly late in the evenings and I’m not taking about 5 minutes and there is nobody to ask for help after 6pm
Delay of15 mins!
Delay of 15 mins. Waiting in Milford on sea. No warning of this delay on app. Need better IT support and better services!!!
Buses in general and the journey
They’re not on time my buses are late from 20-45 minutes if not longer there’s no punctuality it’s either late or extremely early maybe this could finally get fixed???
