Bus times are later than expected
If I say I need to get to a place at 12:30, it will tell me the bus I need to get to arrive at that time. But then that bus arrives late and I arrive at 12:47. This happens so often now, if you know you’re going to be late tell me to get an earlier bus. ☹️
Great app
The More us app is great for giving accurate times for the bus services and for giving options of how to get to places. I especially like that you can see where your bus is before it arrives at your pick up point
Late buses
My bus no. 14 is constantly late in the evenings and I’m not taking about 5 minutes and there is nobody to ask for help after 6pm
Delay of15 mins!
Delay of 15 mins. Waiting in Milford on sea. No warning of this delay on app. Need better IT support and better services!!!
Buses in general and the journey
They’re not on time my buses are late from 20-45 minutes if not longer there’s no punctuality it’s either late or extremely early maybe this could finally get fixed???
Sucks
Screenshoted ticket because it said kebab and wanted to send to my gf to laugh. It kicked me out of the ticket literally as I was getting on the buss. I couldnt log back in because idk my email password had to buy ticket after alrdy buying a 70£ monthly ticket. 1/5 stars.
Morebus - review
An easy to use app with all the latest updates/features alongside announcements like route changes, routes closures, roadworks and so on. Live tracking is accurate (most of the time) and all other information is up to date. Love the app!

Top notch
This app has really improved since I started to use it years ago. I can plan journeys with confidence and switch from one bus to another en route. Compares well with London apps which I normally use.

Is a great app overall and has been really useful but something has broken recently as every time I try to open the track vehicles page the app crashes and closes itself so I’m unable to track where my bus is

Double payments
Something is wrong with the last update, the app doesn’t stop the card from popping up and I’ve ended up paying twice (using one activated code + one bank payment) more than once…
