Idk what everyone is yarping about. The app works fine. It’s a bit difficult to get set up but everything works perfect as long as you follow the instructions.

App doesn’t show anything other than a placemat image for video sample , and can’t give me any stream in the Album either !!! Why is this app not working. Model #M300S
Hard To Use
Functionally speaking, the app barely works. I have to turn my cellular service off for live view, and watching recordings is incredibly difficult as it buffers for every second. Not sure if this is a device or app issue. Nonetheless, disappointing.
Can’t see video on app
Still having same issue which already everyone mentioned in the reviews. Can see live preview on my app. Have to download videos first on my phone to watch the recording. Waste of money or fix this bug.

Following instructions the phone connects to the cam WiFi but won’t complete the next step. Support link is all in Mandarin, no English.

Just installed the camera and first drive home and app already sucks!!!’ Cannot use the app outside the car. Cannot access videos outside the car. App Keeps reconnecting and then drops the connection with phone. videos take hella time to load. Could not see the videos when i got home cuz app sucks. Keeps failing to complete setup options!!

Disconnected
It disconnects you and you can’t connect it back because “password “ is incorrect.. weird as nothing was changed 🤷
Horrible!
App needs a serious overhaul, UI is tricky and not easy to use. The cams are brilliant, the app is a serious let down. I almost wouldn’t use AZDOME cams again despite how nice they are for the price because of this useless app. Many times it’s cost me footage and it’s left me in tears.
Cannot preview video and live preview dosent work
Worked ok on my iPhone 11 now with iPhone 16 and updated app previewing videos and live preview does not work. All permissions and tweaks have been attempted on settings.

The latest update crashed the app. It is no longer able to access live view
After update SD card has no Data.
Everything is connected but there’s no video saved.
Broken on last update
Can no longer access so card to download after last weeks update. Fix it!!!
Must download video to phone to view video
The original version that I installed was able to view videos on the phone without downloading them to the phone, after upgrading to the new version! I’m not able to view the videos on the app, I must download them to the phone to watch videos! Can you fix it to the original version that able to watch videos from the app without downloading! Thanks

New update has playback issues
So in the new update when I go to retrieve videos to save/download them they are missing as if the dash cam never recorded them. They show up when I manually pull them up on the dash cam itself but not on the app. Please fix this ASAP!!!
