It don’t work right is always missing locations and the gps keep getting disconnected so you need to stop driving to get it to work again no bueno

Unbelievably Bad
This is one of the worst apps for ELD. Customer support is non existent. They told us it would be one thing and turns out it’s worse that any other system we have used in the past. If you’re thinking about switching to Azuga don’t.

Terrible app
Worst app ever used . Replaced the app previous to it which had issues but worked 10 times better than this one . Won’t connect to truck , have to have phone in hand and continuously connect vehicle , drains your battery . Won’t let you turn on driving mode , won’t go out of driving mode when truck is off . Sends alerts for cargo securement in the middle of the night while you’re off duty . No support and they don’t even care to fix the issue . Would not recommend. Would give minus stars if that was an option

Garbage
This is the worst ELD I’ve ever used, my latest issue is it kept me driving for like 3 days straight even though I logged out off duty… It always disconnects from the truck and it takes forever to reconnect… Absolute garbage and I’d give it a minus 5 stars but I had to give it one to write a review…

I would give it less than a star if I could, there is always an issue connecting to the truck and will most of the time disconnect driving down the road… Worst ELD I’ve ever used

Company waste of money in this product.
I have used many logging/ELD services in 26 years of trucking, and this is by far the worst. I am not allowed to edit any errors or forgotten lunch punches our forget to punch out at the end of the day, even though I’m given full authorization by my employer, the option just is not there. Tech-support cannot seem to resolve this. The app does not automatically put you hours on duty not driving when you stop your truck or even shut it off completely when making deliveries therefore you will run out of drivetime real quick. another major problem is there is no “Bluetooth profile” option, so on iOS my phone thinks the ELD is some sort of communication, audio device like a headset or Bluetooth speaker so my phone will never ring or have an alert because it is sending the ringer to the ELD so I will never hear my phone ring, even if I have a headset paired. This problem can only be resolved by the developer of this app. Not Apple not me! Complete waste of time and money. It’ll be interesting when I get pulled over and inspected.

The app crashes every time I try to login.

App crashes every time I open it. Ask it likes to randomly put you in service non driving when it does work. Going to be looking elsewhere for an app that works consistently.
Need to update - not compatible ios 16.0.2
This app is not compatible with the recent IOS update 16.0.2. Major oversight given how critical this app is for a driver. PLEASE UPDATE ASAP.

Worst Application Ever!!
So they did a great job making the user interface easy and straightforward. However, that’s where the good ends. This application is used by Azuga and the two of them need to sit down and go back to the drawing board! You cannot connect the Engine dongle to the application it just continues to give errors and won’t connect. I’ve been trying to resolve this for 30days now and they sent my a new adapter and new dongle. Still having the same issue. Nobody from Azuga or the application developer will respond to me. I am cancelling and getting a different product.

Issues after recent updates
When we first implemented this app, we did not have very many issues. However this year we have experienced numerous issues — with latency, disconnects, bugs, incorrect report data, and the list goes on. Their help desk service has deteriorated. We are looking for a competitor product to replace this unreliable app.

Horrible
I’ve used this app with current company working for and it has the worst offline usage and constantly freezes and glitches. The edit option is not user friendly at all. The programmers need to look at a complete overhaul on this app.
App consistently crashes
The app will just crash after being open for a long period of time and I’ve noticed that the app when it crashes it will throw the driver into on duty not driving instead of leaving the in driving causing the driver to go back in and make the proper corrections.
