Os passageiros são pegos de surpresa com o preço da mala extra por R$910,75 . Uma vez que o meu voo internacional foi de CNF a EWR. Na ida que foi de Newark para Confins com conexão em preço da mala foi de $100 USD na ida . Já na volta que deveria ser os mesmos $100 USD, a azul me cobrou exatamente o dobro . Isto é um roubo. Somos literalmente obrigados a viajar com malas compactas e as passagens só subindo de preço . Viajo para o Brasil de férias por 30/40 dias no mês de julho que é frio e calor ao mesmo tempo e não posso levar quase nada . Um descaso .

The worst
Literally the worst check in experience ever. Passport Scanning seems to work, but enters the dates wrong so one must delete the dates to enter manually, which might work if you’re lucky. I had to purposely enter the wrong date to force a different error than the error caused when scanning to finally get the confirm button to populate. This happened on two consecutive flights. The website is even worse.

Constantly change type of airplanes, and don’t notify passengers. If you reserved a seat, they just cancel it, and place you anywhere

I had to try over and over and over to be able to do checking via app, after dozens of try and error I was able to finalize my check-in
Buggy app
Has a lot of bugs, so data submission typically ends in failure and the need to resubmit data. Won’t accept foreign credit cards for various upcharges, and froze our itinerary when we were accused for “failure to pay” baggage fees. Almost missed our flight when we were checking in. Web based program is no better. Azul needs to figure out debugging, data retention and especially foreign credit cards.

O tried to create an account on the app and every time I scanned my passport it wouldn’t go through. I tried a few times until I gave up. I would give two stars for that and five stars on purchasing and making payments. Thank you

Perdi horas tentando fazer o check in. Quando não trava não permite prosseguir com o check in. Funcionou quando abri mão de cadastrar o programa de fidelidade de outra companhia.😔

Terrible app - keeps crashing when trying to check-in or find my reservation. Also the app doesn’t work if you are connected to a VPN. I am using the latest version of app on latest iOS. Absolutely useless and unreliable app. I expect better from so caller *A partner airline.
