Checking very problematic
I had to try over and over and over to be able to do checking via app, after dozens of try and error I was able to finalize my check-in
Buggy app
Has a lot of bugs, so data submission typically ends in failure and the need to resubmit data. Won’t accept foreign credit cards for various upcharges, and froze our itinerary when we were accused for “failure to pay” baggage fees. Almost missed our flight when we were checking in. Web based program is no better. Azul needs to figure out debugging, data retention and especially foreign credit cards.

O tried to create an account on the app and every time I scanned my passport it wouldn’t go through. I tried a few times until I gave up. I would give two stars for that and five stars on purchasing and making payments. Thank you

Perdi horas tentando fazer o check in. Quando não trava não permite prosseguir com o check in. Funcionou quando abri mão de cadastrar o programa de fidelidade de outra companhia.😔

App keeps crashing
Terrible app - keeps crashing when trying to check-in or find my reservation. Also the app doesn’t work if you are connected to a VPN. I am using the latest version of app on latest iOS. Absolutely useless and unreliable app. I expect better from so caller *A partner airline.

This app and the Azul check in process has been done without any consideration of UX. By far the worst travel app I have seen globally. That deserves an award.
On-line que não funciona !
Sugiro trazer um Diretor de alto nível da Azul para fazer checkin on line, e sentir a experiência do usuário. No app, não aparece o botão para avançar, quando retorna na página anterior perde-se tudo que havia feito. Se coloca o programa de fidelidade, o app trava ! Já no site, para fazer o check in não aparece a opção de TSA pre, não aparece a opção do green card. Muito ruim. Muito atrasado. Em qualquer outra Cia aérea não tem esse problema.
Isso sem falar de como resgatar um Crédito Azul. On-line é IMPOSSÍVEL. Então acorda para os seus concorrentes.

Horrible platform and poor costumer service
The Azul app is not friendly to use at all. It freezes, and it won’t let you input phone numbers outside Brazil. It’s worse than having no app at all.

Azul change my flight
My flight was changed causing me to miss a Dr appointment and two days of work. This is a Hugh inconvenience and loss of income. And it done with no consideration or compensation from Azul. I had a return trip of 15 hours with layover. Now I have a 24 trip with more than a 12 hour layover. This is unacceptable and a Hugh inconvenience and loss on my part only. Not the airline.
