Makes it so easy to book on, takes about 20 seconds and 3 clicks, so much easier than the old system. The B1KE trail crew do an awesome job of keeping the sites running and being able to book on so easily is just the icing on the cake. Top work lads.

Clearly all the negative reviews are from people with 12 fingers and fat thumbs!!!…. Im surprised they even managed to write a review 😂 The app works a treat and makes my bookings (and i book on a lot) so quick and easy at the press of a button. Keep up the great works lads 💪👌

Can book what I want, when I want. All seems simple enough and definitely works at check in.
Looks like a lot of reviewers having problems due to not having correctly setup their accounts initially, but in any case all problems seem easily resolved on-site at the worst.

Im just trying to go on a Christmas ride to rogate but this app obviously doesnt want me to so know i want to end it all
Very possibly the WORST app out there
It’s so unbelievably terrible, the website is just as poor. Unfortunately you have to use this junk to ride there. Good luck!
Payment
App won’t let me add a payment card. This is a brand new account. When book a ride slot I am prompted to add a payment card, once done the payment amount goes to £0.00 and bank says error with payment.

I don’t think the people that make this own a phone, their website has never worked properly on a phone. Load up the app and try and log in, keyboard doesn’t disappear so can’t see why I can’t login. Password reset goes through a different domain so doesn’t update in password manager. Not able to login in. App as pointless as website (which is also dreadful on a phone).

Simple enough and a vast improvement
Super simple to setup a new account (as advised by B1ke) and far superior to previous iterations of the membership system.
Create an account, add your profile details, purchase tickets/coaching etc
Seems to be quick and easy enough to use when you get to the parks too (not that you should need to) and the staff are easily able to help edit or upgrade memberships right there and then.
Nothing to dislike really.

It works
Haven’t had any issues using the app to create account or book tickets.
B1ke highlighted via email that new accounts would need to be created to migrate over to the new app. Really easy to navigate. All pretty self explanatory.

Unusable
Can’t log in and everytime I press a button it just gives me a loading screen. New website isn’t much better either.
Doesn’t work
Can’t get past login page doesn’t except my password or let me reset it

Won’t let me log in, access account and get pre booked tickets or edit membership details.
