Garbage
The latest update seems to have broken this already fragile and poorly designed software. It’s slower to open now, because of the database check, and I’ve had to reset the database twice. It also seems to forget my subscription sometimes and needs to be reloaded to correct. Not surprised though, it’s always been junk.

Scanner is garbage.
The scanning function for barcodes is straight trash and never works. I always have to resort to typing it in. Very inefficient.
The optical scanning is no longer working
I’ve reinstalled, cant get the camera to ever show, just a big white screen rendering everything useless as I can’t scan the qr code on the display.

I work for a company that installs batteries and I use this B2Q to test the batteries and it is not reliable and it’s not acc sometimes. keep changing result sometimes you give me bad result for a brand new battery and sometimes give me good results for real bad battery

Only blur, will not focus! If I happen to have iPhone aimed correctly when first read VIN then reads it. I don’t have 5 min each time to make this work!

It has a feature where you can scan the VIN barcode but will not scan the barcode.
Some Problems
The feature of copying and pasting numbers is required, it does not work when in the background, it resets itself. It does not read the VIN number with QR code and the sticker on the windshield. In the evening, it does not read the VIN code label with a black background. I am an AAA employee, please take care of these. Bad app

Scanning VIN doesn’t work
Scanning the VIN barcode never works and have to enter it in manually.

Frustrating
I have reset my password a few times and it still won’t let me login. I’ve tried downloading the app again, and it still hasn’t worked.
Vin barcode won’t scan
I am able to use camera on the qr or battery barcode but when I try to get the vin it will not work at all. I have tried cleaning the barcodes have tried cleaning my camera lenses and have tried on multiple different vehicles with no luck. I have to manually enter all the vins. I am using an iPhone
I have to use it for my Job
It use to be nice app but now it is pain to use, I literally hate this app, wouldn’t scan VIN, terrible app.
Buggy rn
App won’t scan VIN like it used to. I’ve been having to type in all the VINS on cars. Very inconvenient.
