Bug fixes

User reviews

Terrible app quality

This app is terrible no matter what your service is like there’s always errors and sometimes is always wrong. Redundant features that just waste time and add more stuff to go wrong. Better hope there’s not a drop of rain when you’re doing a delivery because good luck trying to continue through the menus. A pointless survey that just serves to waste time and not actually use the feedback to improve the app. Makes my job so much harder than it has to be

Sync option

Could use a sync option to keep track of the delivery vehicle and pick up dealer vehicle. Both drivers should be synced on the same pick up/return order. App doesn’t ask it there’s another driver involved. Should also sense if one or the other must stop for an emergency by straying course or taking different routes.
There’s no way to contact the drivers other than the dealership phone system. If you get lost or break down, there’s a wait for instructions.
A fix or new feature here would resolve that.

VERY DISAPPOINTED

Worse App I Ever Used The Way Its Set Up Is Absolutely Horrible

Request Ride Option needs to be reworked

I work for a company that gets contracted by dealerships and I currently work with two luxury dealerships that use this app.

More than twice now minimum I have requested a ride from a customers house only to be left stranded anywhere from 30-80 minutes away from the dealership.

I end up having to call my GM so that he can send me a Lyft from his end because this option doesn’t work consistently enough.

Also I’d like to be able to cancel full trips from my side because some of the managers don’t do it when a trip is cancelled and they’re stacking up now.

(Currently stranded 35 minutes from a dealership waiting on a Lyft and it’s 95 degrees outside)

Garbage

This app has always been clunky and slow and now with the latest iPhone update scanning the VIN doesn’t work. The phone vibrates and the screen changes back, but the VIN isn’t there and then you have to force close the app to even get it to try to do it in the same thing happens again
