Not always accurate even after August 2026 Update
I initially gave this app 4.9999 stars because it is a nice implementation, but with what must be a bug that gives periodically incorrect results. The bug happens when I do serial additions and subtractions that should result in the answer of 0. Instead I will sometimes get a very, very small non-zero result such as -1.43665 x 10 to the minus 14 power. This bug was first noticed as I was reconciling my checking account. The bug is repeatable, and is most frequently triggered when negative and positive numbers are added and subtracted as would happen during a financial reconciliation. I was hoping the August 2026 update would fix this problem. I installed the update and reconciled my checking account as I had previously. The error noted above continues to exist so I am lowering my rating because the prime utility of any calculator is accuracy.

Just like the real thing
This calculator app works just like my physical BAII Plus calculator. It’s super convenient to have in application form for making quick calculations without having to remember to bring or carry around my physical financial calculator. Well worth the one-time payment.

I use this app almost every day. I still remember back in undergrad and grad school days when we had to lug around the actual Financial Calculator. This is so nice.

Won’t put a button on my phone
Paid for the upgraded version to avoid the ads. Can’t get this Pro version to appear on my phone. Have to go to App Store every time I want to use Pro version. Very annoying
