Terrible app for lazy property managers
App doesn’t function correctly which makes it hard to report issues so that property managers don’t have to do their job

Useless app, under iphone is impossible to send a maintenance request. Maybe it’s what they want.

This app simply DOES NOT WORK! Real estates and property managers shouldn’t be using it. The website isn’t any better. Absolutely useless!
Might be the worst app I’ve ever had to use
My property manager decided to switch to using this app and among all the different apps I’ve had to download and share information with (there should just be one single standardised app for everyone) this Bricks and Agent app is by far the least user friendly and it’s like something I made last minute in my multimedia class in high school so I wouldn’t fail an assignment

Very low quality app
Nobody chooses this app themselves, it is always forced on them by landlord/agents. A such it doesn’t even attempt to appear useful or aesthetically pleasing. It has a high schooler level of design and about zero functionality other than providing you with notifications.
