Stuck in loading
With the new update cannot open the complete request.
App is way too buggy
I’ve been using the app for about 3 years and there have been no improvements. It crashes constantly and you tap on a work order only for half the page to not load and or it freezes and times out. Right now the all is constantly saying loading. It’s unusable in its current state.
Requests
Like the App, have some suggestions. Would like to be able to forward the service request to people from my contact list on my phone. I would also like to add information without the service request moving to the next stage.
Could be better
I love workspeed, however, this app is very limit in terms of what you can do. I would like to see other features added on on future updates.
Almost There!!!
Alright it's great to have the ability to accept and complete requests from my iPhone. Big jump in functionality from last version. Some small issues though remain... First and foremost, application operation is sluggish, but I'm sure a company like MRI could figure that out with some small updates. Also ( and I'd never thought I'd say this), take a little page from your blackberry curve app. It let us view a notification log, which is great. As an engineer; very seldom do we work alone, especially on service requests. So being able to see who else on your staff is working and what they're working on goes a long way. Great work and keep on!!!!
