No notifications?
Why are there no notifications? It used to work now it’s all messed up, having to periodically check constantly for new work orders , please fix
Stop Making It Worse
The app continues to receive updates that make the UX more and more difficult to use. Notifications rarely work, the “hide comment from tenant” option is now defaulted on again. STOP IT! Just make the app work. Stop trying to “improve” the app.
Terrible app
When I try to open this app on my iPhone it just crashes and closes the app. It’s unusable
Horrible app
App hasn’t worked in over 2 months now. Open it, takes forever to load then just closes out on itself. Cant see work orders, PMs or anything ever anymore. Overall horrible and extremely frustrating.
Unreliable
I have to constantly manually enter the time for the ticket just to see it says 0 every time, options to create a work order are very limited, notifications aren’t always sent to email so you constantly gotta carry your phone to be able to see them, sometimes there has been instances where you can’t see no work orders on the app and you gotta clear everything from refine search to get it working or force shut the app
