Unreliable
I have to constantly manually enter the time for the ticket just to see it says 0 every time, options to create a work order are very limited, notifications aren’t always sent to email so you constantly gotta carry your phone to be able to see them, sometimes there has been instances where you can’t see no work orders on the app and you gotta clear everything from refine search to get it working or force shut the app

Told my job need to get away from this can’t even use the app efficiently for updating always with some error coming up only ever able to really do anything via website.
Maintenance worker
This app is horrible! I only use because my employer does. I am having to delete the app from my phone completely on a regular basis because work orders won’t show up or the work orders won’t record the information you’re trying to use. It’s just constant, glitching sometimes it doesn’t display all the work orders that are in my system.

Always random problems
Most recent apparently now I can not directly assign wo to a vendor as they can’t control the wo on their end. Now all of a sudden I’m told I need to assign all wo to myself the reading to the vendor. Ridiculous. There’s always one or more silly issues like this. Prism does not make management more efficient in any way…

I don’t get it.
Why are so many people out there thinking this app is like the worst thing and the best thing? It’s a work order app. The work orders show up. You do them. Then be on your way. It’s fine
Buggy, inferior to competitors
App crashes on a new iPhone, support suggests to delete and redownload app. That is not an acceptable solution when this app is advertised to save you time when on property. This is not an issue with Appfolio but sadly that’s not an option for my properties.

1) why do developers insist on fixing things not broken and not fixing things that are.
2) the selection screen detail/ labor and materials/ history no longer fit on one screen. In fact you can only see his on the history good morning.
3) the layout is horrendous.
4) would like to be able to save it so m filters are saved on my profile. That would be the bieat improvement you can make.

Was bad, now worse
The most recent update is absolutely horrible. The app was barely tolerable, but now it is an entirely new design with all previous features hidden under piles of menus. Please stop.
Garbage
Building Engines was bad but not this bad. Glitchy as ever and all I get from support is excuses and “ I’m unable to duplicate the problem” whoever thought getting a property management company to perform IT was a genius!!

Why the fake reviews?
Bring dark mode and search to the app. The desktop experience should match the mobile app. It doesn’t and it fails to load things quickly. Why does everything including properties take so long to load? Does it need to pull the data every time? Maybe just once a day?
