Not user friendly or easy to navigate
The app shown on Apple mobile devices compared to android devices is two completely different worlds. I’ve used both Apple and android devices with this app and can clearly say there are problems on both ends. Yes, it is similar on each device, but why does one have more options than the other?
The interface on android is a bit clunkier, but functions better than on Apple devices, however Apple software feels more sleek and clean. Example: on android, you can add messages to work orders with ease by clicking the messages tab and add message button. On Apple there is no option to add messages to work orders. Additionally, once a ticket is dispatched you cannot add or adjust the “description” / “instructions” part of the ticket without assigning/dispatching it for a second time on Apple and android devices.
The tenant work order search in ‘activity hub’ is extremely confusing and hard to navigate. Sometimes, just typing in a work order ticket number will show the previously closed or open ticket, and sometimes it shows 40 other tickets that have no correlation to the specific order I’m searching for. Even if you search the specific task for a work order it doesn’t show up without scrolling through hundreds of other unrelated tickets to find the one you’re looking for.
On mobile for both devices, there is no way to “cancel” a work order. If a duplicate ticket or accidental ticket was dispatched, there’s no way to cancel that ticket without logging into the desktop version, which is a whole different, even more confusing system than mobile version.
The aspect of “accepting” or “rejecting” work orders is just silly, especially if it’s dispatched to a team or worker pool. There’s just no need for it. If for instance it was dispatched to the wrong team, there is already an option to assign it to a different team or worker/pool, therefore forcing someone to accept or reject the ticket is just not necessary.
In conclusion, the app is decent but definitely needs more updating and reworking for a lot of different aspects.

Horrid App
Logging in rarely ever works and the app itself is a cluttered barely functional mess. Its been a headache ever since my apartment switched to this
Horrible
Don’t even bother it’s a brutal app
Cluttery
It’s not great, management switched to this from workspeed and that is the worst decision they could’ve made in my opinion regarding work orders. This app is all over the place and confusing, workspeed was simple and laid out so nothing would get jumbled up and lost. This app you have to click on the work order to view all the details on workspeed you can see all the information you need just from the card which makes it convenient while doing multiple on a single floor. 1 star I don’t think it can match workspeed

2025 version is great
Really solid app for managing building operations on the go. MRI Angus makes it super easy to keep track of work orders, inspections, and visitor access all from my phone. The layout is clean, and everything syncs smoothly. It’s definitely helped me stay organized and respond to issues faster. Great tool if you're in property or facility management!
