Tech Savvy Tenant APPROVED!
Amazingly convenient way to pay rent and track payments + balances. Only thing I’d suggest is allowing to make duplicate payment’s via the app. I make the same amount of payment with the same card, and the app sometimes doesn’t allow this; thus resulting me having to use the mobile site.
Just use the website
I wasn’t able to create an account mobile so I did it on pc assuming then I would be able to make it work..
I have since attempted multiple times to log into the app and it always says “login unsuccessfully”.. however I don’t have a problem logging into it on my computer.
I have a password manager so I simply copy paste the password in, to trouble shoot I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and typed in the password and still it says “login unsuccessfully”….
I don’t know how hard it is to creat a simple payment processing app considering phone apps are the name of the game for consumers..

Garbage app!
App will not work even with correct credentials verified multiple times. Seems like a ploy to make you late on your rent to acquire extra charges. Don’t waste your time unless you like clicking on an app multiple times to login and just keep going back to the session timed out screen. It’s like the running joke of how to keep an idiot busy flip the page🤦🏾♂️. It’s more like how to tell your rental company is subpar, as if the over priced ancient apartments weren’t enough to tell you that.

Doesn’t Work
After this update this app doesn’t work at all. You can’t even log in cause it keeps saying your session expired and to log in again, but you can’t. What kind of update is this??? It’s horrible, what’s the point of an app if you have go open the website to make a payment. Ugh!! I only gave 1 star cause it would not let me submit my review with 0 stars.

Horrible waste of time
Ask your landlord, super who ever runs your building to not use this company/app. The app has not let me login for the last 2 months saying my session has expired and I haven’t even started a session. When I try to call customer service to resolve the issue you’re put on hold for 15-30 mins. When you finally get a hold of a rep not only are they rude they try to circle around your issue and keep asking if you want to pay with them.
