Muy rápida y efectiva la aplicación. Creo que tiene muy buen funcionamiento y entrelaza muy bien todos los sistemas interrelacionados con la información del solicitante. Fue interesante y educativa utilizarla. En atención al cliente, excelente. La señora Lupe, muy transparente y en la mayor disposición de darme una respuesta efectiva y rápida cumpliendo con todos los requisitos. Muy amable, orientándome siempre en cada paso a dar y buscando las mejores opciones para mi.

Don’t give up your social security number
It is not clear during the on boarding process that after collecting your Social Security number and other personal identifying information you may not qualify for their service. There is nowhere that I saw in the documentation upfront that said that if you did not pay your rent directly through a bank account you would not be able to use the app.

Very easy to use, I just found this through Instagram and I’m at my breaking point with having a roommate. I’m currently in the verifying process but will return with and update if I get approved for my own apartment.
