Worst service, impossible to opt out

The service was included in my lease. The only reason I downloaded the app was to opt out, not only does it not have that option readily available the app funnels you to sign up again and request your property manager to sign others up, as if I am very happy with their services.
Edit: perhaps work on customer experience.
