Sometimes they are really helpful. I get my bills paid without a problem. I paid them on time and build my Credit, but their are just sometimes when you look on your account and you see things on there that don’t belong to you ..at this moment you’re having to contact them by e-mail, speaking to different representatives never speaking to the same one… constantly reiterating and sending uploads of the problem.. arguing for 2 to 3 weeks just to get them to remove something off your account that doesn’t even belong to you… so the security of your account should be in question. on an average scale of 1 to 10, I would give them a six, because it takes Customer service too long to handle their business. The time it takes for customer service to resolve the issue you will look at your credit score and realize you’ve lost 22 points. They have already contacted the three credit bureaus and you have delinquent notices for non-payments. Maybe even the charge off… Best advice I can give is keep all your receipts of the conversations and charges because you definitely will need them.

Disappointed
I have been trying to reach out to someone regarding a bill that was never paid however deferit is taking the money out of my account. And I still have the creditor calling me for payment . I have tried several times s to reach out to deferit and all you get is a AI robot you can not speak to anyone. Very disappointed with this service and will be cancelling not using it anymore

Bad customer service and bad service
I’ve used deferit a couple of times with no issue. This time the bill was not paid with the company, but deferit says the bill was payed. Whichever caused my utilities to be shut off. Deferit has yet to respond to me about the issue
Trustworthy & WORTH the subscription
At first I was worried a is it legit, trustworthy, is there a huge hidden fee catch? SO GLAD I came across Deferit. After a little research thru Google Ai & reviews, I can honestly say subscribing to Deferit was the best! Thanks Deferit, for helping manage my monthly bills and relieving my stress!!

Brilliant
I have found deferit so helpful when i need to pay a bill as it has allowed me to receive bonuses from electricity bills for paying on time and I don't get late fees. It takes the stress out of how you are going to pay a bill if you’re strapped for cash. I highly recommend deferit to anyone who wants to keep on top of bills and avoid paying late fees.
