Don’t like the new layout. I liked the old way. The new way is annoying to use and navigate.
Scam
Will take your money and never make a payment to the biller. And whoever you get in touch with for assistance or complaint (names on the email appeared to be African) try to act concerned but in on the the scam as well.

Untimely Payments
This company was so helpful during my time between jobs being able to spread out bills so that I could budget across smaller weekly payments. However, over time I have noticed they are slower and slower to make the payments but will take the money out of my account immediately. I’ve waited 48 hours at some times and more recently 24 has become a common wait period. While the site does say it can take up to one day. It used to state of your payment was earlier in the day then the payment would be make within 4-6 hours. NOT EVEN CLOSE. If you’re in a crunch with a deadline, know that timeliness is not something you’re going to receive here. Everything else about deferit is helpful unless you’re in a time crunch.
