ITS A SCAM
These people keep spamming me asking to pay the $50 for a virtual card that I never used and nor did it even work I gave 3 starts because they say they are harder to delete than one stars

I use Deferit faithfully. Really comes in handy when all bills are due & you want to keep a few bucks in your pocket for the time being.

What’s the point of having the money to pay ur rent or bills when it gives you a very hard time even after giving all information and then trying to reach, you guys is impossible cause there’s no phone number

Virtual card
I was issued a virtual card. It’s not working online or at gas stations. I contact the customer service, 8 hours ago and still haven’t heard anything back from them. This ridiculous!
Bad experience
Customer support is virtually non existent. Been trying to use the app for 3 days now with no help from customer service because of an issue on their end. Don’t even waste your time with this app

So I made an account they was like we gonna charge you 1.99 so u can see what you qualify for then after they charge me that they charge me 13.99 so I made report for a refund all of a sudden I can’t login to my account so I try resetting the password now they saying wrong password

I have been enjoying the spilts for my bills but this month; I was charged twice & my bill is NOT PAID!!! Can not contact customer service upsetting!

It was a simple sign up and process to upload the bill. My only concern is how, for my situation, my billing dates didn’t fall under my pay period. I understand the security by us paying the first payment. If you think about it at the core. If I didn’t have the money for the entire bill, what makes you think the client would have the money to set a payment arrangement with you all.
