Scam app downloaded it paid membership was approved for 400 tried to pay my spectrum bill for 250 said bill type not accepted then tried national grid bill said wasn’t accepted. Can’t get anyone to talk to beside an ai bot

i did not use any of my available credit, they charged me something random, and i had to open like 6 tickets to ask them to refund my membership fee and they have refused

This app is so deceptive and stupid. I can’t even use the $50 virtual cash card and I’m still being charged for it. Then they’re lying in the emails; one says it was never used the other email says the card was used. Don’t even waste your time.

Was Great Until
The app was doing very well for me but they now have a new feature that offer a virtual card and the amount comes from your limit to get the card created only to be lied to not to use for groceries! I even reached out and NO EMAIL OR ANYTHING as if they know they lied. Will be unsubscribing after finish paying off.

RIP OFF
This app is a RIP OFF it’ll have you thinking they’re paying your bill in 4 payments but the whole entire time the bill company have NO record of anything!!! I DO NOT RECOMMEND !!!
App doesn’t work well
Almost everytime I log in to the app it crashes! I even clicked on the help desk button and it took me to a whole different app called FOUR. What in the world is going on? I want to make sure I can pay my bills without any issues.
