I have been using this app for a couple years and it’s Amazing. Customer service is very helpful and I love it.
Don’t use the app
This is not a good app to use when you don’t have enough to pay your bills you find something that can help you pay pay your bill now and you pay later they want you to pay a big amount to pay your bill. They basically want you to pay them to pay your bill which is crazy. What they don’t understand is that if you had the money you would pay your bill and not use them.

take your membership fee before telling you it’s unavailable in your area then you ask for refund ( that should have been already given) and no one handles the request

Scam
You can't even see what the app is all about until you pay the membership. Paid the membership almost every one of my bills aren't covered by the app. So same day tried to cancel and no refunds not even an hour after paying it and trying to cancel
Ruined my credit
Horrible company can’t contact no phone!Tried too pay weird company sold me too a debt collector. They won’t send me a bill.
New update, layout of app
Don’t like the new layout. I liked the old way. The new way is annoying to use and navigate.
Scam
Will take your money and never make a payment to the biller. And whoever you get in touch with for assistance or complaint (names on the email appeared to be African) try to act concerned but in on the the scam as well.

Untimely Payments
This company was so helpful during my time between jobs being able to spread out bills so that I could budget across smaller weekly payments. However, over time I have noticed they are slower and slower to make the payments but will take the money out of my account immediately. I’ve waited 48 hours at some times and more recently 24 has become a common wait period. While the site does say it can take up to one day. It used to state of your payment was earlier in the day then the payment would be make within 4-6 hours. NOT EVEN CLOSE. If you’re in a crunch with a deadline, know that timeliness is not something you’re going to receive here. Everything else about deferit is helpful unless you’re in a time crunch.
