Who’s faster 🐢or this app!
Super slow app. Takes for ever for it to verify that it’s working with plaid. After 10 mins for circling, I logged out. Differently not as smooth as the other cash advance apps.

Reliable…WHEN IT WORKS
Before my current & most recent experience with One Blinc, I would have given them 5 stars all the way.
It was ironic that right after giving them 5 stars on their app, catastrophe occurred.
I have paid every advance faithfully & on time. I am on tier 7 with $160. My most recent advance was paid back without issue, date promised.
And yet without warning, One Blinc said my bank was not supported by the app, which is incorrect, & suddenly out of nowhere, I could not take out an advance!!! No warning.
This had & is having immense repercussions for me & my financial health.
I came to rely on them after a long history of success, & I feel like they failed me.
I’ve been writing their customer service for a week. No one has gotten back to me. I keep getting tone deaf ads in my email about One Blinc coming through during emergencies.
THIS IS AN EMERGENCY!
With no response, despite several times reaching out to them.
I loved OB for their straight forward system & not having to jump through hoops. You hold up your end, they hold up theirs.
Customer service has always been quick to respond. Not this time.
It was when I needed help most. I had a ceiling collapse in my bathroom & have to go to urgent care.
Where is One Blinc?

Don’t use these people I would suggest Credit .
Wouldn’t even let me set my bank account. It just kept loading and loading and loading and then it says try again later or contact customer service. I tried to contact customer service that was a month ago and still haven’t got a reply back.
