The App Support is Amazing

The app/tech support for this company is absolutely incredible. I have had two different occasions where I had to reach out to support. Each occasion fell on a weekend. My immediate thought was I’m not going to hear back from anyone until next week. But that was not the case at all. I received a response both times within less than five minutes of my email being sent. Each time they assisted me with my problem and it was resolved.

No Support

There is no way to get support in the app except for an email box they never respond to. The payroll linking is glitchy. I’ve been using the app quite a while and when I finally got approved for a higher amount the payroll linking magically fails.

Won’t let me withdraw

After signing up they say I qualify for the 25 but everytime ADP tries to validate it, it takes me back to the screen where I started at
