Doesn’t Work
I’m going to keep giving 1 stars until someone emails me back with help. I’ve tried several times to sign up and it constantly says they cannot verify my identity. I’ve tried through Amazon flex and I’ve tried through my main job. I have sent multiple emails with no help.

This app is great other than the fee that’s taken out of what you borrow. I think it would be better if the fee was taken out on repayment. Because If I need to borrow $100 and only can get 87.50 because of a $12.50 fee it defeats everything.

Data Collection Issue
I give them all my information including access to my bank account. The app says they can’t verify my identity, which is nonsense, so I can’t get an advance, nor can I delete my account or disable their connection to my bank. The ONLY option they give me is to connect another account which is high level stupid since that doesn’t prove identity one bit.

Doesn’t Work
It logged all the way into my disability benefits but since there isn’t an actual paystub it wouldn’t verify when I make plenty of money to get approved. Trash.

Not only does this app charge an insane fee to access paycheck earnings, the customer service is absolutely horrible and they will simply close your account and ignore you if you ever so much as question their practices. I’ve never dealt with a less professional platform on the App Store and I don’t believe it’s worth the risk to use, there are other apps out there that will allow you to access your earnings in less predatory ways!

How you charge for a subscription then come to find out I can’t link my payroll or whatever to the app so the app is useless but I can’t unsubscribe because when you log into the app it takes straight to adding your payroll no other options this app rally just here to steal your money and information

Information parasites
The more you apply, the more information this company wants - your banking records, access to your employers payroll and they even ask to make changes to your direct deposit. For what? Paltry advances in exchange for a plethora of information they can turn around and sell. No legit honorable company would dig so deep into your personal information for such paltry services unless they’re selling your information. They’re parasites hoping you’ll give up your privacy for pocket change.
