I cannot recommend this company, I was told multiple things about my loan limits, when I pushed back on issues, I was suspended, I paid my loans back on time, I did everything right, so use them at your own risk, you will pay 30 fees just to get your limit higher, but it will never be approved, for a higher limit, no matter what you do

App will sign you in but continue to say can’t verify your identity which makes 0 sense because my login credentials have to be used, it pulls all the information itself.

Does not work
This app does not work. I downloaded, entered some personal information and ever since I get the error that something unexpected happened. It’s been over a month. Seems like app just steals your information
Doesn’t work.
App approves you for an advance, when I try to cash out it tells me I have to add a debit card. When I put my card info in it gives me an error and tells me to try another. Tells me pre-paid cards aren’t allowed when I have a chase debit card.

It says my direct deposit is connected but it keeps saying connect direct deposit. It only worked 1
I sent emails no response just an app on my file taking $25 a check and i can’t even access it.

Doesn’t Work
I’m going to keep giving 1 stars until someone emails me back with help. I’ve tried several times to sign up and it constantly says they cannot verify my identity. I’ve tried through Amazon flex and I’ve tried through my main job. I have sent multiple emails with no help.
Fee
This app is great other than the fee that’s taken out of what you borrow. I think it would be better if the fee was taken out on repayment. Because If I need to borrow $100 and only can get 87.50 because of a $12.50 fee it defeats everything.
