Information parasites
The more you apply, the more information this company wants - your banking records, access to your employers payroll and they even ask to make changes to your direct deposit. For what? Paltry advances in exchange for a plethora of information they can turn around and sell. No legit honorable company would dig so deep into your personal information for such paltry services unless they’re selling your information. They’re parasites hoping you’ll give up your privacy for pocket change.

BEWARE the fees increase $5 each withdrawal you never get the amount displayed!!!
The setup was pretty easy. The app has really bad glitches. I could not use my debit card. I had to use my bank card but the fees increase every time they say I had a $50 advancement to use but they’re going to take $10 for their fee upfront so I only get 40 but I still have to pay back 50 and then I got an increase for up to $60 and when I click on it, the app glitches it doesn’t work so I say forget it and I just go for the 50 again cause you know I’ll get 40? But no the fee this time is $15. I only get 35. What a damn scam shouldn’t you have to pay the feedback? Back when you pay the money they’re getting double the money you have to pay back 50 when you’re only getting 40 find a different app go to Bright, Dave anybody else but them!!!

horrible customer service
Might have been okay except it won’t set up direct deposit thru ADP for me and I have emailed support like 4-5 times about it over a 2 week-ish period without ANY response whatsoever. And THIS is after it was doing the same thing a month ago and support told me “please wait 24-48 hours and try again”… clearly 24-48 hours wasn’t long enough. 🙄🙄

How long do you have to be employed?
No option for any customer service on the app so I figure I’ll ask here, how long do you need to be employed to qualify? I’ve been with my employer for over a year and connect Justworks, my payroll provider and have everything else approved, but it says it wants to see more paystubs?

A bunch of swindlers
These mfs let me borrow about 5 different times, just to let me get a higher limit and once it was repaid, they said my account was at risk and suspended my account. How??? Every advance was paid in full on time through my paycheck. DO NOT USE THIS APP!
Doesn’t Work
I’ve tried contacting stream multiple times to get verified. There seems to be a verification issue whenever I try to verify my payroll. No one has emailed me back once to assist with this issue. I’m quite frustrated.

I connected this app with my employers payroll as requested and it verified my employment data, pay information… everything else… but then says it was unable to verify my identity!! Be for real! You connected to my employer but couldn’t verify my identity??!!! SCAM! SCAM! SCAM!

App needs a update ..all my data was connected and then it says can’t identify you makes no sense . My login showed timesheets etc so clearly that is me has my name etc

Literally can’t use the app when I add a direct deposit it just says it’s added and a popup takes the whole screen I’m just looping of adding it to payment methods but I can’t actually borrow
Useless
Signed up, linked payroll, bank account and debit card. Tried to withdraw, said bank not supported. I have PNC. Then it said my debit card doesn’t belong to me. LOL, what??
