Confusing

I have a job I literally got a direct deposit and Brigit knows and calculated it and I ask for a credit or loan advance and they keep saying they have to confirm my employment mind u they have a notification of my direct deposit coming in makes no sense what’s the hold up. I work where I said I do and they connected my bank and employment and still prolonged what they advertise.

Used this app for a couple of years with no issues then all of a sudden I’m blocked from advances due to them not supported my bank anymore because of inconsistency access of by bank info and them reporting transactions and balances …not my fault brigit ..
