i’ve been waiting a week to even hear back from customer care. i set up my direct deposit to have them take $100 so when i need it i can have it in rough times. they’ve taken 3 deposits from me now, but when i take my money from the app they’re still taking a payment from my actual bank account?? it’s happened twice and im sure will happen again when i get paid considering i needed my money last week too. they admitted they owe me but nothing more. i’ve tried reaching out all week and no one in customer care with respond. please do not get this app, save yourself the time and sanity.

You have to pay to use the app and its features. brigit will say you’re approved for 50 dollars but will NOT send the funds. Many excuses stating needs to verify your account when you see in your banking account they sent verification. Then excuses you have to wait. Brigit just wants you to pay for services and subscriptions. There is no immediate advance.

Don’t use them
Big warning don’t use them. They’re OK, but it doesn’t allow l you to delete the account. And I did the credit builder with them attractive for the entire time I suffer for the last two months so now it says I have a open credit and I’ve been done with them for a half a year. But I can’t delete my account honestly it’s just a waste of time to get 50 bucks.

Charged Wrongfully
I was wrongly charged 2.15 for no reason I cancelled everything and yet still was charged I would like this taken off my charges from this app I also even deactivated the account soo im so lost
They will cheat you!
I canceled on September 5 and was told I would still be billed on October 30. Mind you I already paid my first month and was only signed up a total of one week before I canceled. How am I being billed for the month after I cancel?!!
