Auto charge beware
This thing has been charging me automatically for who knows how long even though I never set up the membership. I checked my bank and had to get a new card too. I found out it needs a monthly charge to even get the loans and I del tee d the app this was months ago and now I see they’ve been charging me $9 probably since then not to mention I can’t make a dispute online it either.

If I could leave zero stars, I would first they charge me $97 for a membership that I didn’t authorize then when I go cancel my membership and ask for a refund they only are willing to give me $67 back instead of 90 so I just took what I could get and it keeps saying a refund will be issued shortly. It’s been over a week and I haven’t received my refund although it said up to five days now they deleted my account so I can’t even track the refund and they don’t answer my emails. Be careful they will steal your money and then not respond. I will be contacting the Better Business Bureau and anyone else I need to.

So they charge you $8.99 per month to give you FUGAZY insight on your monthly expenses and bank balance! DO NOT waste your time! I’ve asked them 4 TIMES to stop charging me and they continue! NOT to mention a FEE for lending me $115.00

Absolutely not a good app
Won’t let me login after it logged me out. Has me put in all my info then still won’t let me login, don’t recommend!!!
App is literally glitched out
I tried connecting my bank the app always tell me , it can’t be added or by time I get to the card adding part it just close app , or when it ask me to pick a deposit date the app just closes , then when I re open the app soon as I login it closes again
,I emailed about this problem back to back , nobody ever got back to me so I’m leaving the info here to help anyone before they download this app

It keeps logging me out and every time I try to login it doesn’t login at all. I’ve tried at least like 20 times.
Scam
I literally just created an account and it says I have an available account. I verified my account in the email and everything was all set up through my bank account and connected yet when I try and login it’s not working. It just keeps telling me to login and that I have an existing account and keeps bringing me to the same exact page.

Scam not worth it
14.99 per month fee for a $50 dollar loan you don’t even have to take out a loan and they charge you $15 a month to do nothing. They are a scam. Do not use them.

Had an account for a couple months worked great, then logged in one day and it said my account didn’t exist, make a new one, then it says it is messed up and I need to delete one of the accounts and got screwed, also there is no way to talk to someone on telephone . *edit 2 years later and haven’t used one time and it’s charging over draft fees don’t use this app use Dave

Terrible app to borrow from
DONT DO IT.
Not worth it: slow to update and eligibility never changes.
Of all these garbage cash advance apps this is definitely not the best of the bunch. On time payments take forever to “process” and as usual their support just reads from a script and they can’t really help you aside from changing due dates of payments. Doesn’t matter if your bank posts the payment, their “system” takes 2-5 business days regardless when other apps are instant or same day. Also don’t expect on time payments to lead to an increase in eligibility. I started at $90 may of last year and that hasn’t changed once despite always being on time and nothing changing in my life otherwise.
All for a fee of $9 per month!

Update 8/2/26: payments are taking even longer for them to process now. I’ve made a payment on 7/30 and still waiting. Their support has not replied to multiple emails. Stay far away from this awful company.

Conveniently, they could never verify my employer I waited weeks and then had no problem charging me the membership fee. I deleted my account. One of the worst of these type of apps I found.
BS, DO NOT GET
Tried to use it and signed into both institutions I bank with but as soon as I signed in, it always say, “No account” when I’m looking at both my accounts right there. Dumb app.
