You literally have to pay before they will give you a advance which defeats the purpose of trying to get a payday advance if i had $6 i wouldnt need an advance! App is useless if your in a emergency you will have to pay
Nonexistent customer service
I wish I could leave a negative star rating. I was charged repeatedly for funds I didn’t get a chance to use. The funds that u was charged express fees for were taken out of my account the same day or the very next day 3 times in a row. I requested assistance and was given none. I was referred to a customer that apparently doesn’t exist. I got no help via chat and u was told to send an email to which I got NO response. I see why there is a class action lawsuit because I refuse to believe I am the only one this company has stolen from.

Horrible
Plaid integration on the steps page doesn’t open or work. It’s supposed to take me to the plaid screen to add a bank, instead, it says “loading…” and just spins. How am I supposed to get an advance if the plaid server doesn’t open to let me finish the other steps?!!
Save yourself the hassle. Plaid window doesn’t open
The finish account set up screen with the 3 steps for new users is bugged. The 2nd step which is to connect a bank doesn’t work. It tells you to connect bank account, but plaid or whatever window isn’t opening/loading after I click get started… it just spins. I have already sent support a screen recording of this issue to support, but the conversation is going in circles. Deleting and reinstalling didn’t help. This looks like a server issue, that is prohibiting new users from accessing plaid on the linking screen and to proceed with the following steps. According to the reviews, this an ongoing issue for others. Engineers of this app are horrible. Save yourself the hassle!
