Tech Savvy Tenant APPROVED!
Just use the website
I have since attempted multiple times to log into the app and it always says “login unsuccessfully”.. however I don’t have a problem logging into it on my computer.
I have a password manager so I simply copy paste the password in, to trouble shoot I uninstalled and reinstalled the application and typed in the password and still it says “login unsuccessfully”….
I don’t know how hard it is to creat a simple payment processing app considering phone apps are the name of the game for consumers..
Garbage app!
Doesn’t Work
Horrible waste of time
All of a sudden I can’t use it
Cant even use the app
Can’t Login
Only works when it feels like it
Glitchy, Sorta works
Unreliable
Mobile App Will Not Allow Sign In
Trash App
Not functional
Terrible
To the leasing company and organization pick another mobile app that actually works and is paying attention to what we are saying to fix this issue instead of adding late fees because y’all have chosen a mobile service that doesn’t work for people to pay there bills on time especially if it’s been documented that we are no longer allowed to drop off a payment. Make it make sense.
Terrible app
Worst app
iOS 16+ gives security error.
After using the app once it says my session expired and I cannot log back in.
While I am here I also want to comment on my experience from last month using the app. The app knows what my rent amount is but it makes you type in that number. When you type it in it is in a microscopic font. Seriously, the amount that you type in is the smaller font size on the whole page. Why is that? Are they doing this on purpose so that I mess up and have to pay some sort of fee? The amount should be the largest font size on the page, not the smallest. The other thing that makes no sense is why do I have to type in my rent amount when the rent payment app already knows the amount. Just let me select the amount. That is a very shady tactic and it makes for a very poor user experience.
I sent this feedback back to RentPayment and to my leasing company. For an app with just a single purpose it is very poorly executed.
