Abandoned Claim
I have been a multiple policy holder for nearly a decade. I was in an accident, the repairs were approved by Lemonade Metromile, yet proof of payment has yet to be issued. I have been without my car for 8 weeks. No one will call me or the garage back to close out the process.

Hate talking to AI? Too bad! They get the job done over here!! Highly recommend for really anyone but especially younger people who prefer the convenience and consistency of a dedicated app! First time getting renters insurance, didn’t need it long, honestly a breeze.

They are the most expensive insurance company. Extremely greedy!!! They punish you for using car! Be careful!
Do not use this for pet insurance
0/10 stars if I could rate it that. I’ve been paying for accident pet insurance and they have denied every single claim I’ve put in. Don’t waste your time or money on them.
What’s the point of insurance if you can’t file claims
I’ve been trying for several days to submit a claim of a recent vet visit. Every time I open the app to create a new claim and sign the “pledge of honor” with a signature, I hit submit and the screen loads forever and does not take you to next steps. What’s the point of insurance if you can’t file claims? I’ve reached out to support twice and have not heard anything back. Unfortunately, the only way to file a claim is through their mobile app and not anywhere else, so I’m in a holding pattern. Please help.
