Forget them. “Cute” branding leads to App that has zero ability to get assistance which you definitely will need as AI bots have no ability beyond a basic script in the APP. Deleted account and app.
Great until it’s NOT
I had this policy for only three months. At first it was great. Coverage was excellent, but customer service isn’t. I submitted two claims during this time, one for an appointment and another for testing. The same day or the day after my submission for a claim, my card I used to pay for the policy and accept reimbursements got stolen. I reached out to customer service SEVERAL times asking for help. I called on multiple occasions and emailed. They gave me the run around, saying they’d help, saying it could be fix and that they’d escalate my case so it could be resolved quickly. Never happened. Today they told me they wouldn’t help me even though it clearly shows my complaint and reimbursement was never paid. So yup, i cancelled the policy. Be careful when dealing with them.

Not worth it.
This is the first time I’ve EVER left a review for an app/insurance. Can safely assure those who plan on insuring with them that it genuinely isn’t worth it. Not only do they not really respond back, but they’ll only respond on certain subjects that they want. Waste of money, and horrible experience and I hope this saves anyone’s time and money. I would’ve left a zero star if I could.

Access to the app
Every time I got to the app, it opens the chat first and it’s hard to bypass it to access my account. Doesn’t make sense. I need I quick access to the app because it’s very important as I just activated my car insurance with you guys as well! Do what you have to do with this as I don’t have time to respond to that chat Every. Single. Time. Or I’ll just have to cancel my policies and go somewhere else
