Cant update email
I’ve tried several times to update my email address through the app and through customer service and can not get it updated. Very frustrating and terrible customer service!
Poor login
This used to be so easy to use. You just launch the app and do whatever you needed.
Now you need to get a verification code each time you access the app. Had I known this was a policy I would’ve gone to another insurance company. I won’t be renewing it in the future unless this changed.
It’s just a hassle to deal with.
I called customer service and it was explained that they can’t do anything about it. So frustrating.
