Can’t make payment

I’ve been trying to make my payment for 2 weeks. It’s now past due and it will not go through.

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this app has not worked properly in months and I feel like they are not doing anything to fix the problem. I log in and it doesn’t do anything just continuously says loading and if by some luck it does load it and I try to pay my bill it will not go through it will also just continuously load till it times out.
