Broken

I don’t usually leave reviews, but this app has not worked properly in months and I feel like they are not doing anything to fix the problem. I log in and it doesn’t do anything just continuously says loading and if by some luck it does load it and I try to pay my bill it will not go through it will also just continuously load till it times out.

Sent me an email saying there was an issue with payment 6 hours after my payment confirmation email came through. Got charged $50 for a late fee.

Features don’t ever work

There’s a remember me feature, as well as a sign in with Face ID feature. Neither of them work in any combination, and they haven’t for years. The ONLY thing that works is taking your money, but even that has a horrible UI design. There are no notifications for when your bill is due or for anything else for that matter. App is trash tier.

They charge a 50% mark up if your payment is a couple days late. They don’t care if you don’t have the money to begin with. Ridiculous, disgusting, and parasitic extortion.

Password field to short

There app won’t accept the same length of password as the web interface so I am unable to sign in. My password works fine on the website.

Logging in is so annoying

What’s the point of having “remember this device” and “keep me signed in” as options if i have to sign in with username and password every single time i wan to access the app. So frustrating

Is anyone ever going to fix this app? You can’t make an account you can’t even pay your bill. It’s been like this forever. I’m actually thinking of changing my insurance how unprofessional I can’t even make my payment today on time.

Unable to access: update

I had a problem accessing, got an error code. Mentioned it in my previous review and within 48 hours tech support contacted me and fixed the problem without delay. Just the tech support warrants a 5 star review.

Having the options of ‘remember this device’ & ‘face ID’ seems a little pointless when it doesn’t ever work. Have to manually enter my password every single time. There should also be an option to pay your bill earlier.

Well, it works

App on an iPhone 15, latest iOS. Face ID logs me in immediately. All needed functions are on the menu bar at the bottom. So, the app is stable and responsive. The real rubber-on-the-road test will be the responsiveness of the company and agent if/when I file a claim. =Peace=
