Deceptive practices.
I placed an order last night online and made my initial payment and was told the item was at the store. Called today to go pick it up and they don’t have it. I was lied to. Store associate tried lying again and bs’ing me and I asked for my money back 4 times. Got a manager involved. Assured me that a refund is issued and the order cancelled. That too was a lie. I knew he was lying so I called corporate. After speaking to a GM who said he was working to get me one today, even though all I want now is my down payment back, Aaron’s is walking through the burning gates to keep money from a disabled person. This company will straight lie to you and rip you off.
Edit: first payment due not even a full month later and before I get my one payday a month. They just can’t stop being deceptive. I’ve also had four reminders in the last two days. I’m being harassed before I even get paid. Horrible company

Great App for Managing My Lease – Add Apple Watch Support!
I absolutely love the Aaron’s app! I got my PS5 through Aaron’s and it’s been super convenient for tracking my lease progress, viewing my balance (like my current payoff around $700 after 6 payments), managing EZPay automatic payments, and getting reminders so I never miss a date. Everything is easy to access on my iPhone, and it’s helped me stay on top of things without hassle.
The only thing that would make it even better is adding an Apple Watch app or companion features! It would be awesome to glance at my wrist for quick updates on my remaining balance, payoff amount, next payment date, or lease status on the go. Please consider this – it would take the app to the next level for Apple users like me! Highly recommend the app overall – 5 stars!
