Doesn’t work
I was approved for a substantial amount and when I try using the virtual card to purchase at Best Buy I keep getting a error code which is beyond annoying. I canceled the order 5 different times and re tried and still didn’t work. Customer service couldn’t help either. Very frustrating
I made a payment and than they again took out another payments
I made a payment than few hours later notice another same amount went out. So they deduct same amount again and when I check my account they only credit me for one payment but the other payment they took out was not credited.
Payment arrangement
I made a payment with a different card than the one I wanted to save as my auto-pay card. The system switched my cards out anyways. I wanted to make sure payment could always go through with the card I had saved.
