I don’t have the greatest credit but I don’t have bad credit either. I have always paid for everything using cash. So it’s nice to have a company give me a chance. They let me get a $3,000 set of tires for my truck. The only other option I had would’ve been to buy some junk tires off of eBay that I would have had to replace every year. I had a few problems navigating the website and called customer service and they were awesome. Not only were they very helpful but I could actually understand what they were saying. I’m not trying to sound racist because I am not but at the same time I can’t stand calling a company’s customer service and trying to understand what someone from India is saying let alone getting the problem resolved. I have the option of paying off the total amount within three months and then I don’t even have to pay interest. I’m assuming that it should help me build credit too.

Doesn’t work
I was approved for a substantial amount and when I try using the virtual card to purchase at Best Buy I keep getting a error code which is beyond annoying. I canceled the order 5 different times and re tried and still didn’t work. Customer service couldn’t help either. Very frustrating
I made a payment and than they again took out another payments
I made a payment than few hours later notice another same amount went out. So they deduct same amount again and when I check my account they only credit me for one payment but the other payment they took out was not credited.
Payment arrangement
I made a payment with a different card than the one I wanted to save as my auto-pay card. The system switched my cards out anyways. I wanted to make sure payment could always go through with the card I had saved.

Doesn’t work
I’ve had the app for two years(combination of downloading deleting and reinstalling) never used it simply doesn’t work. I follow instructions get on shopping apps make a cart of items and the Katapult icon never appears.

Simple and Fast
Not complicated and very simple way to quickly get approval and get the funds or product.
System sucks.
The system won’t charge you monthly and then will wait until it’s past due to take one large sum out. Then customer service won’t give you a refund to help you out. They need to look at the system to make sure it’s working correctly.

Would definitely not recommend
First off every two weeks does not mean you take my payment twice in one week! Second, why download another app when the app has you go to your website to talk to a computer about your payment problem! Third, it took awhile to get a “real person”. Fourth, it took the “real person some time to find the answer! We live in a very slow computer age!

Issue
I have had the same number for over 7 years and when I enter the verification text it keeps telling me my information doesn’t match!
Not a fair app
I’ve had quite a few leases through Katapult and have overpaid each monthly payment. Paid everything off at the 90 day mark. Their system didn’t apply my overpayment towards my monthly payment so I got dinged for being late. Now despite being what I would think is a good customer, they removed my credit limit. I’ll actually get a credit limit again randomly and it’s removed. Any chance of remedy I’m quoted terms and conditions. Very bummed because I DID hype Katapult to everyone and I loved it but you do everything right and get all but booted off the app?

Financial Rapists
They were handy in allowing me to use their service when I needed it, but the fact they are out here charging nearly 100% interest PLUS fees on top of that is wild to me. I’m going to pay it bc obviously I don’t want my credit score to tank? Which is why I had to use their service in the first place, but whoever is running their company should legitimately be ashamed of themselves. How a $655 gas gas bill turned into nearl $1300 is crazy work.

Can’t change the address when you move
The app has been good until I moved I’ve been trying to reach out to them to change the address and I have sent them all the stuff they wanted to change it but still no luck this has been going on for over 6 months now. Poor customer service and worse app design when you can’t change your information
