Every time i try to long in to my account i get an error code and it doesn’t let me im
App doesn’t open
Installed and uninstalled app 3 times and I can’t even open app. It keeps showing the “logging in” message and nothing else happens
Can’t load ID Cards
It’s probably a safe bet that the number one reason this app is used as to access your ID card. The app seems to have a terrible time accessing them. It just leaves a loading message on the screen and never load anything.
Poorly designed
There’s not a lot of good to say about this app. Redirected to a browser for login- EVERY SINGLE TIME. Also, the autopay set up is elusive. The look and feel of the app takes me back to 1998.
Tried to make September payment on due date, but wouldn’t go through…
Tried to make September payment on due date, but wouldn’t go through…went back to try again after midnight and I was charged a late fee of $10. I feel like I shouldn’t have to pay the late fee because of this and NOT the first time this has happened to me!
