I love the National General App, simple and easy to use. I love that it lets me know when my coverage period starts over and if financial times hits it give you a longer grace period.

Nat Gen is a No-brainer!
Nat Gen is a no-brainer! Any numbskull can use it! My only suggestion would be 2-step verification or alternative method of logging in when on the laptop

My Nat Gen experience
Easy access, Font size very versatile, not a problem with understanding the information givin. Do with they had an Apple wallet feature as a personal comment/suggestion.
Constantly logged out and Autofill doesn’t work
Every time I go to open the app, I have to re-login which is very annoying. On top of that, the auto fill feature doesn’t work. Please fix this.

I’ve been with National General for 5 years. Perfect driving record. But my insurance goes up every year. Talked to them and they said they will look into dropping my rate. Never heard back and insurance keeps going up
