What happened?
I used to be able to press “remember me” and be automatically logged in (also there was a biometric option to use Face ID, etc.) At some point, those options went away, and now I’m forced to log in every time. Not a huge deal, but I’d like to have those things back because it’s more convenient. Otherwise, it’s no reason to have the app.

I like it it’s easy to use a little difficult to get logged in but once your in paying the bills and navigating through it is easy and pricing is great

Very cheap insurance. Even your monthly payments are low!!! Thank god!

I had a lapse so I could not find coverage. National General was great, easy and not judgmental , they just insured me and that’s it. So much easier then the others that send your info out and you get 100 calls a day ( they don’t do that)

Easy payment portal but you can’t do anything else no but access your id card and pay

I love the National General App, simple and easy to use. I love that it lets me know when my coverage period starts over and if financial times hits it give you a longer grace period.

Nat Gen is a No-brainer!
Nat Gen is a no-brainer! Any numbskull can use it! My only suggestion would be 2-step verification or alternative method of logging in when on the laptop
