Can't receive technical support, login broken
There is no phone number for customer support and to receive customer support you have to login so if the login is broken like it is right now then you can't receive any technical support.
If you open a support ticket they are using some wonky software which prevents replies from getting to the Rep so you can't use that either.
Truly phenomenal job guys. The only way to pay rent is with this app and the login is broken and you can't contact technical support. Really amazing. Five stars for sure. /s

Ridiculous and useless services
I hate that I am forced to pay rent using this app. This is nothing but a money making scheme for this company and the apartment complex . I don’t want or need any benefits from this useless service. I plan on moving next lease due to my property using this useless service!
Wrap it up folks
Bilt 2.0 killed Bilt altogether let’s be real. This is not worth it anymore.

Old United Wholesale Mortgage App was better
I’m sure this app is fine for paying rent, but a mortgage is way more complicated than that. The old UWM app had features like calculators that show how one time or increased ongoing principal payments would impact the life of your loan, so you could make informed decisions about your money. They had pay down charts and data about principle vs interest. Real financial tools, not gimmicks trying to sell you a credit card. UWM was trying to help you save money, Bilt is trying to get you to spend it. I’m so glad I got to use the old app for adult financial planning before we were shoved over here.
