Blurry MyUWM loan documents
Since moving to Bilt, UWM documents have all beeen blurry. It has been annoying and seemingly an easy fix. What gives?

Can’t even put a work order in on your useless app go to your useless website to do it and I can’t do it there either I literally go to put in a work order and when you open the options for the work order I can’t click on anything you are garbage.

Works well - wish it had built-in Face ID support
I have no issues with the app - it does its job, but for a financial app conspicuously does not have a built-in option to require Face ID to open it.
You can of course enable this at the system level, but then all the notifications from the app won’t have their content revealed.
Bilt - please add this!

Can't receive technical support, login broken
There is no phone number for customer support and to receive customer support you have to login so if the login is broken like it is right now then you can't receive any technical support.
If you open a support ticket they are using some wonky software which prevents replies from getting to the Rep so you can't use that either.
Truly phenomenal job guys. The only way to pay rent is with this app and the login is broken and you can't contact technical support. Really amazing. Five stars for sure. /s

Ridiculous and useless services
I hate that I am forced to pay rent using this app. This is nothing but a money making scheme for this company and the apartment complex . I don’t want or need any benefits from this useless service. I plan on moving next lease due to my property using this useless service!
Wrap it up folks
Bilt 2.0 killed Bilt altogether let’s be real. This is not worth it anymore.

Old United Wholesale Mortgage App was better
I’m sure this app is fine for paying rent, but a mortgage is way more complicated than that. The old UWM app had features like calculators that show how one time or increased ongoing principal payments would impact the life of your loan, so you could make informed decisions about your money. They had pay down charts and data about principle vs interest. Real financial tools, not gimmicks trying to sell you a credit card. UWM was trying to help you save money, Bilt is trying to get you to spend it. I’m so glad I got to use the old app for adult financial planning before we were shoved over here.

UWM, what are you doing?
United Wholesale Mortgage made me switch to paying my mortgage through this app. Now I’m being sold things every time I pay my mortgage. This is unnecessary and annoying. Additionally, I had to wait to verify my bank account to pay, which is not immediate verification. What? Why? I was forced to pay with my debit card which coincidentally has an almost $10 fee. I hate this app. I hate that I’m forced to use it. Quit selling me stuff and just let me pay my dang mortgage.

2.0 changed too much
Was quite happy with my original BILT card, long as I could get my 1 point per rent … now with my obsidian it’s become so much more complicated, uselessly so.

Bilt app review
The UI isn’t very intuitive. Finding statements & transactions is annoying

Fast and convenient way to pay my rent. I also enjoy the perks when it comes to Lyft and refusing money off my rent!

This app is black and white, not intuitive, & extremely poorly designed. It appears to be what a D high school computer student would produce!

The Bilt refresh is the worst.
Bilt used to be one of the best cards and rewards programs in the market. After the Bilt 2.0 refresh I must say it’s no where near as good. I’m very disappointed in them. You used to be able to float your tent against the available credit now you can’t. They immediately take your rent from your bank account. Huge flexibility lost overnight. As far as redeeming awards, you better not make a mistake because most of the time they will not let you cancel or rebook. They make it difficult to navigate the app and added a bunch of confusing rules. It’s definitely not the same program it once was.
