Can’t believe this app is this terrible! Glitches bugs all over. You can find your booking. You can’t properly filter. All super confusing!
Worst banking app ever
This is the worst banking app. Have to spend lots and lots of time to figure whats going on
booking travel frustrating
so many small problems booking travel. it doesn’t save information. once you type it in and go back everything should save. adding points overlay is janky, slow and choppy, especially trying to add max points. i kept trying to tap a flight time and a different time was selected, again i think related to slow loading and layout shift. strange problems with my partner having an account that doesn’t show our trips, even though we share the card. the app overall needs more attention to detail, so many small frustrations, there’s clearly nobody with true love who is qa-ing and insisting on small details getting fixed to make users happy. individually the small frustrations seem minor, but in totality it creates a lot of hate for this app, which has clearly had a lot of love from a design point of view, and should engender love not hate.

Worst Bank
I can’t understand how they have a so high rating. They don’t have a customer service at all, if something happens there are no way to contact them, only AI chat, that doesn’t understand anything, or wait in the chat for “real person “ but nobody ever chat back, after waiting hours or days.

This review reflects my personal experience with the app, not everyone else’s. I’m not speaking for everyone, but since I've been using the app since June 2025, it has been nothing but horrible—terrible, the worst experience of my life.
How many apps do you see that require updates and appear on the update list every single day? Sometimes it’s multiple times a day.
The Bilt app needs a complete overhaul and should be sent back to product development for its first ‘Sprint’—an app that actually functions without the need for DAILY “Miscellaneous bug issues,” as the update notes state.
People who use the Bilt Rewards app to pay rent should be able to trust and feel confident when paying or posting thousands of dollars to an app that behaves like a brand-new water hose: when you turn it on, only two drips come out, making it useless.
These are the facts about your Bilt Rewards app. It's an exhausting experience.

Harvesting private data
I don’t like that Bilt’s default setting will sneakily give company access to our personal credit card transaction data. And opting out of that data pool requires time and effort.

Bilt card and app is great but limited options to use bilt card. I can’t figure out where to use as being Chicago there are just 4 to 5 restaurants you can use on and hotel has minimum of 2 nights and that is also limiting.

Stop changing this app around. Each month it is becoming harder and harder to pay my rent. I do not need to see all these advertisements and want nots on my page.

Says it gives you points everytime you make a payment but that’s a lie bc you are never able to actually use the points towards rent. Biggest scam ever! I can’t wait to leave this complex and this dumb “reward” system

Pointless
Literally; The app states you can earn points toward items as you pay your rent but it would take years before you get anything worth the trouble. Secondly, the app meeds to be updated EVERY DAY!! Why are there so many issues sith this app???

25 updates in one month, really? This app has been updated so many times they only allow viewers to see the past month. What is it now Bilt, 200-300 updates? What an embarrassment.
