Great app. Only thing missing is the ability to schedule advanced payments.
App Sucks
Cannot add mortgages. No option to bypass and pay through lender website. Clumsy interface, nothing but adds. I refuse to use it.
Outstanding Team
Boca Vista has been a major support system for me and my son. They are family oriented. They are welcoming. From the front office to the maintenance team. The Maintenance team comes quickly as possible as well. I am truly grateful to live somewhere with such phenomenal, loving and caring group of people.

This app has taken small payments from the end of July (2) aug (4) it was very hard to get my information on this app. Also my rent and parking all together is $653.00 not 1600.00 please make sure this is fix as I hate being late with my bills. Ty

Paying Rent
I am not sure why we have to go through so many steps now just to pay rent. It was very convenient to tap pay and all was completed. Why change something that’s not broken!

I was charged extra money on my card. I set to auto pay be cautious of using this App. That charges come of no where not able to find satisfactory service from customer service care

My rent was supposed to be taken out by auto pay. I don’t know why I had to do it like this and then pay $10 extra. That’s nonsense.
It’s not an easy process for someone who is not computer savvy

Easy! Convenience is what I look for and Bilt Rewards is just that!!
Does not update payment
I enjoy the fact I’m now able to virtually pay rent with the app. However, Bilt does not update the amount owed after rent is paid so making payments is difficult not knowing how much is owed. If this were to be fixed I’d have no complaints.

Every month there is a issue with the app to make rent payment.

I use to love this app to pay rent, but they changed it to where you can’t do separate payments which isn’t ideal when you have rent split between three people. Now we have to run around and pay extra fees to pull out cash or send over on other apps.

Less functional, more invasive
My complex got bought by a new management company and we had to switch to this app. Now I can’t split rent payments with my roommate.
I’ve never used this app before and somehow they already know which credit cards I have and want me to link them to the app. Why do they know this about me? The rewards are not worth the invasion of privacy.

Worse rewards and interface
With the recent change to the app and cards, I’ve noticed that I’m not able to earn as many reward points towards my rent, which was why I signed up in the first place. Also, with the recurring monthly payments it’s not easy to edit the amount on a monthly check basis, you have to cancel the payment and set up a whole new one. I also was not able to edit the monthly check memo on the app. these are things that make me consider canceling my subscription.

The worse travel app
There’s always a problem every time you need to book. “We're having trouble processing your payment right now. Please try again in a few minutes.” You try the app, that’s the error. You try the website, same thing. You changed desktop, same problem EXCEPT THE RATE IS MORE EXPENSIVE. You go back to the app, it’s the original cheaper rate but will never get through to complete the booking. By the time you’re done chatting with someone ONLY TO REPORT THE ISSUE, the hotel you need to book has ran out of availability. Unlike capital one who can assist you with booking if the app crashes or doesn’t work, bilt agents cannot help with security a bookin for you. This is so frustrating. Trying to use rewards so we’re forced to use their subpar app, with rates that are not even competitve and a VERY LIMITED hotel options. Sucks.
