Since UWM transferred my loan to them everything its more complicated. This app is not for managing mortgages, UWM, worst decision ever.

The new redesign of the app is atrocious especially on the desktop. Useful menus are hidden in favor of an obnoxious always-there “concierge” chat that is both useless and stupid. No way to collapse it or hide it forever. Hostile to the users in the worst possible way

For how we have to pay rent now through an app is already ridiculous and on top of the transaction fees. This is called usery. Anything for you to rob someone with your loop holes.

I put on automatic payments and it doesn’t automatically pay. So now I have to pay $16 repayment fee and $2 and $9 in interest fees. There is no explanation for this. I also logged into my own account and was clicking around in someone else’s account. I saw their address, account number and balance. That doesn’t seem secure. I’m upset.

Was forced into this app through my mortgage company and has been one of the most stressful and frustrating experiences I’ve ever had paying bills.
I have all my bills set to auto pay and have had 0 problems with any of my payments. I start using this app because it’s the only app UWM will use to pay my home mortgage and it just randomly decides nope your auto pay doesn’t work or oh here is a random “an error has occurred” and half the time I try to go in the app to fix it “we are conducting maintenance for a better experience and it never gets better and the whole points system is Dutch a bogus scam.

This app works very well a lot of benefits outside of bills however to pay a 10$ fee while paying rent already doesn’t make much sense to me.
Problem with app.

Stupid setup for autopay
If you cannot well test the new feature, stop release them. A new feature that let you autopay the rent and pay the balance automatically the next day after rent payment from your linked debit card doesn’t work for me after two months, which charges me late fees. And no email to let me know the feature fails. So stupid.

Bunch of propaganda no sense , i try to loging and freezes for videos and comercials that i m not interested. How do you explain to an app about problems related to the bank? If everything is a computer and do it by himself
