Why Am I Still Waiting???
It’s been hours and I still haven’t received my policy so I can drive ! Wouldn’t be a problem if they hadn’t drafted the money already or I could go elsewhere! This is costing me time and I’m sure they’re not offering a discount for the delay. I’ve spoken to several reps and no one has mentioned a discount only asking me to wait a longer!

It is a blog app but….
I actually love this app and it has helped me tremendously to be able to keep my car insurance. The only thing is I wish there was a way to actually talk to a live person over the phone. The other thing is waiting to make a change to my policy. I feel as though changes should be able to be made the same day and not have to wait!
