Pretty bad

I almost always whip out this app lighting fast to access my elevator floor or door and that little 3 second animation screen is the most excruciatingly unnecessary feature here. Literally end up missing my floor sometimes cause I’m waiting for the damn animation to finish it’s thing

Excruciatingly Awful. Should be taken off the App Store

This is the slowest, least reliable application I’ve used. Our building Herald Towers (50 West 34th Street, New York, NY, 10001) has been requiring tenants to use this app for a few amenities floors, and I probably end up on floors I didn’t intend to because the app would take ~20 seconds to actually sync with the elevator and by the time another tenant has already called the elevator - title of this review says it all.

This app makes me sick

Especially with their updates!
I don’t see a device unless I’m in elevator already and then it just brings me to the first floor cause there is no time enough to activate it.
You added one more step in a user’s flow which is so stupid. I’m telling you this as a UI/UX designer
