Blocked before I could even give it a try
While making the account I somehow got logged out and couldn’t get back in so I thought maybe it hadn’t saved or I put the wrong email so I tried using my other email because I use the 2 interchangeably and it let me in but then while trying to verify my number I was blocked for having a second account when I didn’t even know that I had created another. I reached out to customer support to try and rectify the situation and they were of absolutely no help even though it was just an honest mistake. Stick to jackpot go or gleaming instead.

I play different apps for slots & Blackjack. No problem with short waits on withdrawals BUT THIS APP IS ON ITS 6th day & I gave them everything they needed. Plus it said few days & now they’re saying 10 business days. Don’t trust. I spent a lot & paid instantly but they obviously want us to use that money to play more. My conclusion= Scam
So I downloaded Baba after reading the reviews and thinking why not? I gave it a shot, I've deposited a ton of money and then the day came. I hit a nice reward about $665 worth and I immediately hit withdrawal. I've now turned in everything they need for verification and today makes Day 9 of the up to 10 days it takes they claim. Well I'm in desperate need of the winnings to save my kids and I from eviction and customer service was responding to emails, until today. They won't respond to any messages I've sent and honestly it's depressing as I truly needed this bit of good luck but these companies apparently feel good about screwing people over. I really had high hopes from the good reviews and customer service responding at first but unless I get a payment today or tomorrow I'll be contacting my lawyer and perusing charges. Now if they actually pay me I'll change the rating but for now don't even bother unless you wanna be let down and in my case homeless with 5 kids!!!!!!

They are refusing to pay me because i bought tokens with my Apple Cash.
this app and the people running it are shady. there is no personal support, just AI generated responses to emails or in app chat.
if you pay with CC you will be forced to send them pictures of your credit card. this is clearly a violation of PCI compliance.

At first I thought this casino was the best out there. I really liked it up until I tried redeeming my winnings. I don’t understand what the hold up is?!? Every other site can process redemptions within a day or two. So why can’t baba???? Here’s a great question: Does Baba have to wait for its funds whenever customers make a purchase on their website?!?!?!? I’m pretty sure you get those funds almost immediately. But I know for a fact that I won’t be making any more purchases until I get what’s owed to me.
