I will get straight to it. Did not like this app in the beginning because could never win anything so I rarely used it. But at some point I decided to give it another try figuring it would get better after I played more and it did.q
I played it for quite a while and never had an issue until I actually won an amount I wanted to cash out. Of course the true colors came out. I contacted the support team after I submitted my request just for clarification of timeframe and they responded. I made a couple more contacts with them in between that time and they responded each time.
While I was waiting for my money, I made a few more purchases with no problem. Two days before I was supposed to receive my money, they sent me an email between 1 and 2 am saying it was denied due to duplicate accounts. I immediately responded telling them that has to be an error and requested some kind of proof.
I also asked why this was never mentioned until I wanted to cash out but never when I made purchases. Not one message I sent was been responded to and I never got paid.
They are liars and especially when they tell you if you feel they made a mistake you can contact them.
I WANT MY MONEY THE SAME WAY YOU HAD NO PROBLEM TAKING MINE!
They ONLY RECEIVED A 1 SO I COULD SUBMIT THIS!!!

I’ve played quite a few slots games and this is by far the worst formatted game that I’ve ever played. And the rewards suck.

I won 105$ and after 10 days it wrote me an email returning my 2.99 and saying my account has been disabled. That all funds were confiscated for absolutely no reason

Redemption
While the games are fun to play along with a huge variety. The redemption process is entirely too long to approve and release funds. There are many other apps that release in at least 24 hours. Having to wait days on end to receive a redemption is unacceptable when it takes 5 seconds to pull money from an account when it’s being added to play. If this issue is fixed then it would most definitely make the experience much better

Wait time for payout.
They start out with a reasonable wait time. That time increases with each redemption up to the entire 10 business days. Customer supports answers quickly, but only tells you they have the 10 days. I like the games and can occasionally win, but to have to wait 2 weeks (or more) to get paid is not really acceptable.

Horrible gaming site.
Disconnects often and you can’t find your game after reconnecting. Menus are horrible. You will go through five screens of promotions to get to the games. Difficult to navigate. No search tab. It’s just awful.

Baba (wild?) Casino
I did like this social casino until it turned into something else today without any kind of warning. It went from a Social Casino with sc that could be redeemed for real money to some weird fake casino with no SC, and the other casino that still had my money in it disappeared. No update, no notice, just gone. I’m a little confused. This seems to be a common occurrence with all these apps though so idk…

Don’t know what happened to the app but they changed it completely and now it sucks. I’m deleting it now. I guess you can’t gamble real money anymore? They’ll be losing a lot of players
