No words to express my thoughts on how amazingly…..DISAPPOINTED.
0 star app .
Wanted people to see my review so had to unfortunately tap 5 stars.
Their communication is awful with questions about their ridiculous redemption process.
They will straight up tell you that they cannot give you an time frame on the review process. Lies.
They sure can.
Also they will tell you to not reach out about the redemption because you will receive updates once it’s done in review.
So basically they are telling you to f-off. Only ask other questions.
I have been told 2 different “days” that my redemption has been in review process. October 1st. I received an email that it’s been resolved and started the review process. It’s now the 15th. Still waiting for 200$.
Come on. No way this is taking that long when my first redemption was 5 days. I have heard after your 1st. It’s down hill from there. They do not answer your questions until 2 days or more later as well. So what does all that tell you?
