My experience with Baba Casino was extremely disappointing. They failed to process my redemption through the promised instant bank transfer even after more than 10 business days, then my account became geo-blocked. After that, they used a duplicate account that was created afterward as the basis for withholding my remaining winnings, despite the redemption request already being pending. I found their handling of my case to be unfair, inconsistent, and lacking transparency, and customer support failed to provide a reasonable resolution. Based on my experience, I would not recommend Baba Casino and encourage others to read the terms carefully and research customer reviews before depositing money.
