This game is a scam. I deposited money and played; at first, it says you have to reach $100, and when I won around $150, I withdrew the $100, but the money never arrived. When I went back to the game, it said I was outside the region, and the app won't open.

They did the same thing to me as other they declined the money I won after taking my money. Don’t waste you time or money on this app.
They sit on small redemptions for days.
I used to love this casino and part of the reason was I could count on speedy redemptions. Not any more. The first redemptions I made were processed in a very reasonable time frame. Always within 24 hours. Now I made very small $100 redemption and it’s been sitting in the pending status since the middle of the week! Now it will be at least next week before it can even be sent out being the ach network is closed on weekends. Absolutely no reason a redemption this small should take days to process, review, or whatever excuse they want to give to sit on it. I will never give them another dime of my money if they can’t operate any more efficiently than this. Funny how other casinos get redemptions processed in minutes or hours, but these guys need several days! Hate to see it if it was a truly large redemption in the thousands, in which case I could understand some delay. You guys did great the first few times and now really dropped the ball and with the huge number of platforms that make speedy redemptions a priority, I can live without these guys which is a shame because the games and platform are great.
