Not getting the help I should be getting and the support is not listening to me nor trying to help
I bet all the reviews on here are fake because I’m having the worst experience with the support team or their AI support system they have set up all I’m trying to to do and make it so I can make a withdrawal so I can take my money out and these people are not listening to me nor trying to help me and I’m getting very mad because I have bills I have to pay and I want money and it’s like they do not even care about trying to listen to what I have to say or have different opinions on trying to help me very unprofessional and treating me very poorly.
