Awful redemption process and timeframe is very unstable and unreliable
SpinPals is very unstable when it relates to redemptions and payouts of winnings. One day they may payout in less than 3 hours then the next payout may take 2-3 weeks to receive because they will tell you it is under review. Then you only do 1 redemption at a time and the 1st redemption has to be complete. The chat customer services has generic information and when it comes to the redemption department they can not give you any concrete information and they continue to tell you to continue to wait for a measly $250 winning payout redemption which is ridiculous because I have redeemed 5x more than that before on spin pals with out any problem just a few days before.. it’s not worth it there are better slot casino games with bigger payouts that payout much much faster and the chances of wings are much higher as well
