Clunky and not user friendly
I recommend the developer to at least look at Classpass app on how your features should at least fare off. I used this app 2 years ago, and came back now, and practically nothing has changed. Please consider adding an integration feature to calendar so booked classes are on the phone calendar. Then your cancellation policy needs to be clearly prompted somewhere like “if you cancel this, your session will still be deducted” instead of immediately deducting it.

I suggest adding a feature to the app that reflects the cancellation policy more prominently. Many users, like myself, might not be aware of the policy buried in the website. By implementing a feature that clearly prompts users about the deduction of credits for cancellations made within 12 or 24 hours, everyone will have a better understanding and won't feel blindsided.

“Add to Calendar” option please
Would be perfect if it could sync all the classes booked to calendar. Really annoying we lost that feature.
Not so perfect afterall 🙄
After the 1.21.0 release,
1) dashboard points were all wiped out
2) not able to perform booking for PT
3) check in activities time are not reflective
Tried logout & login, uninstall & reinstall still behave with all above issues.
