Tiene mucho potencial pero le falta desarrollar una app que no se bloquee, que facilite horarios de recogida y entrega, que permita al cliente que reserva, confirmar que ha recibido y/o entregado el artículo. Antes de reservar y durante puedes recibir 30 mensajes para concertar alquiler, entrega y devolución. La app se bloquea si la dejas abierta y la sesión se cierra automáticamente cada 2 horas y hay que hacer login, así que no llegan mensajes. Att cliente bien.

I booked a stroller for the same morning. Even before the provider confirmed, I wanted to cancel as my son needed to see a doctor instead of using the stroller for sightseeing Stockholm. But no such button in the interface. Once I had contact with the friendly provider, she let me know that I need to contact the support mail to cancel.
There I just received the following answer: „According to our terms and conditions, which you accepted, your order is not refundable in case of cancellation.“ in my opinion that’s not very customer friendly.

The app is not intuitive and has many bugs. Personally I did nit have a great experience with customer care or support.
The configuration in Babonbo is confusing, you have green tick when completing a section. It looks like you are not doing it correctly if you don’t fill in everything, which is not the case.
Many times the messages through Babonbo are not popping up and the app crashed.
On the positive side the app let you manage the rental, even though you never know if you have enough warranty to see your product again.
