Easy to Use
When the SBC app was first developed…the biggest problem was that one could only access it while on WiFi but thankfully that has been corrected
The app is easy to use. Copying and applying discounts is not uncomplicated
The only two suggestions are:
*Because the user can make multiple reservations per month, list the reservation by the pickup date rather than the date the reservation was made
*Give the user the opportunity to cancel their reservation through the app rather than via email

Funziona bene ma non c’è la possibilità di cancellare la prenotazione, bisogna sempre contattare il servizio clienti!
