🤔 Long wait time
It can sometimes take two hours to receive a simple order. It is much faster to order with Wolt. This has been the case on several occasions. Baboon couriers are very polite, but the delivery wait time is horrible and the customer support, however respectful they are, cannot do anything to speed it up.

Not using again
Made an order and had to wait for almost an hour, then the status changed to delivered when i had not yet received my order. Had to call the restaurant and they said the courier will be there after a few minutes which in total was an hour and a half of waiting. Really poor service compared to other services, will not be using anymore unfortunately.

Baboon + not worthy
Baboon was doing somehow ok and then they launched baboon+ to get some money from the client and then instead of improving the service it got worse. And the customer service got worse, the food delivery on the app writes 20 mins and when it comes to the last 3 mins it does not move and it requires 30 mins to pass this time, so the app in itself is loosing the confidence and the trust of the client. Better order directly to the restaurant then using this guys that have no control.

Terrible app
Cancelled order after waiting for 30 minutes. Avoid using this app
No registration code sent
I have tried at least 4x to activate my account and each time it says the code has been sent. However, no code shows up. Hope it’s fixed soon.
Do not use, much better options out there
Worst delivery service out there, always had problem with my order being late yet it always was a maximum of 20 minutes, this last order I had it took them 2 hours for my delivery to be made. Mind you I was ordering from somewhere that was only 7 minutes away from my home. They will make up all kinds of excuses so don‘t even try to contact customer service no responsibility will be taken.

Yet ANOTHER delayed delivery
The app says my food was cooked 1 hour and 25 mins ago. Yet the food is still not here. Customer service is not helpful. The delivery time displayed on the app is extremely unreliable. Above all my silver member discount was not working. This isn’t my first negative review, the service is absolutely terrible. Uber eats at least compensates you for delayed food, but Baboon? Too bad, enjoy your cold food ig “♥️”.

Food arrives late
Multiple times where the restaurant or fast food is a 10 minutes walk away, meanwhile the food takes one hour to arrive!

Pastaj, qëndroi 20 minuta duke rrotulluar bythën jashtë restorantit pa bërë asgjë, dhe për ta çuar tek unë i duheshin 2 ORË E GJYSMË për një rrugë që edhe një person me biçikletë do ta bënte për maksimumi 20 minuta. Sherbimi Skandaloz- Kaloni ne Wolt se te pakten mbajne pergjegjesi nese kane vonesa
Porosita ne KFC ne menyre qe te kisha dicka te shpejte dhe nen 30 minuta ne shtepi mqs listohet tek opsionet delivery 30min ne aplikacion. KFC e beri gati porosine per 15 minuta por ama u desh 2 ore qe korrieri te shkonte te merrte porosine. Pas 1ore e gjysem telefonoj sherbimin e klientit dhe flas me Artemisen e cila ne fillim me thote qe korrieri e ka marre porosine dhe per disa minuta do vij tek une. Pasi insistoj qe dua nje prgj me konkretr me telefonon pas 20minutash dhe me thote qe porosia nuk eshte marre ende dhe do duhen dhe 30-40 minuta te tjera per te ardhur. What a joke!!!

Porosia
Jam klient i baboon shume i vjeter dhe kam bere dhjetra porosi sot ishte e fundit dhe sdo porosis asnjeher me sepse sherbimi qe mu ofrua ishte Zero. Jetoj ne kat 2t banim pallatet e enverit dhe tha nuk vij ose hajde merre ose ika , le qe humbi porosia as une nuk hengra por edhe restoranti humbi nje porosi dhe nje klient plus qe sherbimi babonit ishin shum unprofessional. Une kam 15 vite qe jetoj ne Europe dhe kurr sme ka ndodhur nje gje e tille , por sikur te isha 70vjeç? Po sikur te isha invalid? Jam shume i zhgenjyer me mosprofesionalizmin tuaj.

Worst delivery food company In Albania!
Order usually arrives late or gets confused.

Terrible customer service. Ordered with them. They gave the wrong details to the restaurant. We waited 2 hours for food that wasn’t coming as baboon texted us to tell us the delivery was outside and promised calls that never arrived. Lies and incompetence
Needs work
App forces you to use your current GPS location, which is not always accurate. It should allow you to manually mark the location on a map
App requires a phone number which can receive SMS but then verification text is not sent properly to international numbers. The app should support whatsapp instead of just SMS

Abysmal delivery service
Even if you are located in the center of the city the order takes at least 1 hour to arrive, have ordered multiple times and its always the same thing, DO NOT order unless you an extremely patient person.
Doesn’t work
You have to have an Albanian number in order to use the app. If you have an American number it won’t send you a code.

Could be better
Writing this an an expat/digital nomad/immigrant, or whatever you want to call me. Baboon will get your food to you, but if you’re from more developed countries it will feel strange. You’ll have to make sure you’re using WhatsApp and they only operate in cash — much different than the likes of doordash, ubereats, glovo etc. The pro is that they have the restaurants I like here, Burger King and some other locals like Mr Greek, but the fact that I can’t pay with card is a bit strange. Wolt has just moved into the area and I’ve enjoyed using them ALOT more. They don’t have the same restaurants though, which is why I still keep Baboon but when Wolt catches up with restaurants I’d say there’s no reason to keep baboon unless they improve.
